At T2, we put Safety First. The T2 Utility Engineers team is committed to delivering world-class Utility Engineering and Survey services to our clients. An important part of that delivery includes a robust and preventive safety culture.
We have clearly defined and actively managed Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) training, ongoing programs, and processes to help our operations teams plan and execute work safely, each and every day.
Everyone on our team is empowered with Stop Work Authority and are trained to speak up and take action if they see something that appears unsafe. We don’t take safety shortcuts. We celebrate and reward safe behavior. Safety First is central to T2’s culture.
T2 Utility Engineers- COVID-19 Response Plan
The health and safety of our employees, customers and the communities where we live and serve is our priority. We are monitoring the information about the spread of the COVID-19 virus closely. Following the World Health Organization announcement, T2 has activated a COVID-19 Pandemic Response Plan to prepare our teams with health and safety information and specific steps to manage this rapidly-evolving situation to the ability we can. The Team is meeting daily and we are following the guidance of the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC), the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), and other relevant regulatory authorities and adjust our guidance as necessary.
At present, we believe the actions we are taking prioritize the safety of our people and allow us to continue to provide quality Utility Engineering services to our customers.
