A graduate of Queen’s University, Lawrence is a licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario, Manitoba, Alberta and British Columbia, with over 15 years experience. In his current role as President of T2 Utility Engineers, he is responsible for the overall operations of the company across Canada and Internationally. Lawrence is a Board member of the Ontario Regional Common Ground Alliance (ORCGA), he sat on the Technical Committee of the CSA S250- Mapping of Underground Utility Infrastructure, and he sits on the TAC Utilities Subcommittee. He has managed numerous SUE projects across Canada, written several articles and papers, and has been a guest speaker regarding SUE at several events both in Canada and Internationally.
Field Operations Manager
A graduate of Guelph University, Jamie has over 15 years experience in the geophysical exploration and utility mapping field. In his current role as Field Operations Manager, he is responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of field operations on projects across the Country. Jamie helped to develop the Ontario Regional Common Ground Alliance Damage Prevention Technician (DPT) program, and he is responsible for the training of T2ue field staff. Jamie also acts as the lead Health and Safety contact for T2ue. Jamie has a vast amount of experience on projects across the country for a variety of clients including; The City of Toronto, City of Edmonton, and Port Metro Vancouver.
Branch Manager / Sr. Project Manager
A graduate of Loyalist College, Matt has over 14 years experience. In his current role of Branch Manager / Sr. Project Manager, he is responsible for managing SUE investigations for clients in Central and South Eastern Ontario. Matt is an active member within the Ontario Regional Common Ground Alliance (ORCGA) – Geographical councils. He has managed numerous SUE projects in Ontario for a variety of clients including; The Region of Durham, Town of Whitby, City of Toronto, Ontario Ministry of Transportation, Town of Richmond Hill, City of Barrie, Region of York, City of Vaughan and the Toronto Transit Commission.
Based out of Montreal, Quebec, Ophir Wainer is responsible for developing new business and leading the strategic direction for T2ue in Quebec and other major markets across Canada. As one of the original founders of UES, Ophir brings with him over twenty years of experience in Utilities and Subsurface Utility Engineering. He is an experienced speaker on both Subsurface Utility Engineering and Damage Prevention, and has presented a variety of conferences and training seminars.
Sr. Utility Coordinator
In his current role of Sr. Utility Coordinator, he is responsible for managing utility coordination assignments for clients across Ontario. Mark has provided coordination, design and utility protection services on several large profile projects including 407ETR preliminary design, TTC Union Station Second Station Expansion, Metrolinx Strachan Grade Separation Project and Eglinton Crosstown LRT project. Mark’s strong relationships with key Utility personnel are very valuable when working on projects.
Manager, Utility Design – Canada
Jeff is a Professional Engineer with over 20 years work experience. He is presently employed as Manager, Utility Design at T2 Utility Engineers Inc. In this leading role, Jeff is responsible for management of our Utility Design Department. With experience on Canadian and International projects, he is a highly skilled professional manager with a team of motivated professionals focusing on client satisfaction.
Manager, CCTV Services
With over 30 years’ experience in the Water and Wastewater Industry, Ser is responsible for the overall field operations, planning and management of projects for the T2ue CCTV Inspection Services Department. He has managed several small and large scale projects for clients such as City of Toronto, Region of Durham, City of Markham and many others. His past experience in sewer inspections and pipeline rehabilitation is a valuable asset to our clients. Ser, along with all of our CCTV Technicians on staff, is NASSCO certified to practice PACP, LACP and MACP. It is his responsibility to ensure that the client’s objectives are met or exceeded and that excellence is incorporated into the project procedures and deliverables.
