The ASCE publication, Subsurface Utility Engineering for Municipalities: Prequalification Criteria and Scope of Work Guide was released in July 2019 to include existing and new technologies and best practices.
In that short time, the Guide has become the top seller in the ASCE library. Not just for municipalities, the Guide is a valuable source of information for engineers, project owners, contractors and is being used by agencies of all sizes, private clients, and consultants across all market segments to improve the quality and efficiency of their projects.
