Utility Coordination is a vital part of any major infrastructure project. Doing it well can mean that you hardly notice utilities. Doing it poorly can mean that Utilities become a major factor contributing to Cost and Schedule Overruns.
This presentation will outline the new TAC Guideline for the Coordination of Utility Relocations on PPP projects. Lawrence Arcand, who is the Chair of the TAC committee that created the guideline will be our presenter. He will provide both an overview of the document, as well as some practical examples from his years of providing UC services on a variety of PPP highway and transit projects. A PDH certificate is available for this one hour event.
