Growth of the Golden, CO office Two years ago, T2 began operations in Colorado. Under the leadership of Scott Throm, Colorado Manager, the team has quadrupled in size due to the quality of our utility engineering and surveying services and the expertise of our team. The newest members of the growing Colorado team include Cody Thompson, PE and Kristen Miller, EIT.
