T2 Utility Engineers has been providing Subsurface Utility Engineering consulting services since 2002. Since beginning in Toronto, we've expanded our services and footprint to provide clients with information about the complex, often unknown details of underground utility infrastructure. Throughout our history, our professionals have been involved in organizations that have developed the standards and best practices for the utility engineering industry. T2 takes pride in helping our clients manage utility-related risk.

At T2 Utility Engineers, we put Safety First with a robust and preventive safety culture.
We have clearly defined and actively managed Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) training. This includes ongoing programs and processes to ensure that our Subsurface Utility Engineering and surveying teams plan and execute work safely, each and every day. Our specialized training meets the requirements of even the most safety-conscious clients, including confined space entry, military, and sensitive site security clearances, among others. Safety metrics are closely monitored and recorded to stay focused on continually improving our safety record.
Whether working on a major transportation project or a local water/wastewater infrastructure project, our T2 team members hold a daily safety tailgate meeting to review and address possible risks.
Everyone is empowered with Stop Work Authority. Our team is trained to speak up and take action to stop work and correct situations that appear unsafe on a project site or in the office. At T2, we don’t take safety shortcuts.
