Vinnie is our Practice leader for Utility Coordination (UC) and has been with T2 for more than 17 years. She started her engineering career working for an electric/gas utility owner, overseeing the coordination of utility design for roadway relocations, as well as training staff on policies and procedures for DOT projects and now manages UC for major roadway and design-build projects across the US.
Vinnie has worked to advance the practice of Utility Coordination on a national level as well as in her home state of Florida. She has been actively involved with the Florida Utilities Coordination Committee, the oldest UC group in the US (established in 1932) for many years and is proud to have been a past Chair.
Vinnie has led UC for many interesting design-build projects across the US, including the Northwest Corridor near Atlanta, the I-4 Ultimate in Orlando, and currently the Gordie Howe International Bridge (GHIB) Project. GHIB, involves the construction of a signature bridge, interchanges, and ports of entry between Windsor in Ontario, Canada and Detroit, Michigan, USA. T2 has teams in the US and in Canada providing Subsurface Utility Engineering and Utility Coordination services.
On a personal note, Vinnie devotes some of her spare time to her 29-year-old quarter horse Sadie, and two cats Phantom and Harley. Contact Vinnie to learn more about UC or quarter horses.
