Terry Crews is a Branch Manager and Senior Utility Coordinator with T2 Utility Engineers. Based in Lake City Florida, he oversees business development and operations for our Lake City and Jacksonville Florida offices. Terry has particular expertise in conflict identification, utility relocation work schedules, negotiating utility relocations, and final certification of utilities.
