King Tower Condominium Development

Greenland retained T2 Utility Engineers to complete a Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) investigation to determine the precise location of buried subsurface utilities prior to construction of a new condominium development. The investigation involved Records Request circulation, SUE designating, locating, mapping, and invert investigations.

The SUE investigation for this project was completed in accordance with industry standards, CI/ASCE 38-02. A combination of data from the field investigations and utility record information was used to create the composite utility drawings to show the location of existing underground utilities for use during the design and construction of the project.
